A Water Evaporator Can Help You Skip Huge Water Disposal Fees

A Water Evaporator Can Help You Skip Huge Water Disposal FeesThere are many ways to save and make money by using a hot water pressure washer, but in some cases it can cost money to use it too. For example, if you have to rent your own unit and then pay to have water removed from the area. Investing in your own water pressure washer and a water evaporator can help reduce those costs drastically.

In fact, you may be surprised to learn that some water evaporators can move as much as 95% of the water from our waste stream. How? By simply heating up the water with a burner, either gas or electric, until it fully evaporates. Get rid of excess industrial wastewater with an HGB conventional wastewater evaporator

Water Maze has a number of models that work great in different situations. They use a conventional technology involving hot plates, and their unique combustion chamber offers high-efficiency that can get rid of 90 – 95% of water waste. In this case, all you’d have to do is haul of just 5 – 10% of the waste, which makes the process faster, easier, and cheaper. HGB / HBE evaporators are available in three models and can evaporate at 8, 15, or 30 gallons each hour.

The WB high-efficiency wastewater evaporator may be the right choice

WB, which stands for Water Blaze, is a series of water evaporators. Introduced back in 1994, they were actually the first water evaporators that used high-efficiency submerged combustion tech. This process involves forcing heat through a tube that’s been submerged. It’s then released directly into the water and 100% heat exchanger efficiency is the result. This can significantly reduce the cost of operating the evaporator, and can reduce the amount of time needed. There are two WB options: One handles waste streams at 60 gallons per hour and the other handles waste streams at 120 gallons per hour.

Do you need an affordable option for low-volume evaporation?

The above options are all great for high-volume evaporation but what about users who regularly need to evaporate water but have low volumes of it? In this case, a belt powered by electricity can be the answer. You simply wrap the belt around a 55-gallon steel drum. It slowly heats up any non-flammable liquid to temperatures ranging from 70 – 250 degrees F. Essentially it “cooks” off the water, and then you have just a solid or sludge to get rid of. This is a heavy-duty, high-quality aluminized steep belt with a built-in thermostat control that only weighs 14 pounds.
