Get a Commercial Grade Water Evaporator and Stop Paying Fees to Dispose of Water

Does your business routinely pay hefty fees to get rid of water after your water cleaning? Are you tired of paying them? Many companies assume that these fees are just a cost of doing business but that’s not necessarily true. While you will always likely have some waste water, water evaporators can significantly reduce the amount. Read on to learn more and then reach out to Geyser Equipment to get the equipment you need.

Water Maze water evaporators can have some pretty impressive results

Generally speaking, we recommend Water Maze water evaporators. They can get about 95% of the water diverted from the waste stream. How? By heating the water until it evaporates – it’s that simple. You have your choice of either an electric of gas burner, depending on your specific needs. Conventional HBG wastewater evaporators

There are a number of models available from Water Maze that use what we call a conventional hot plate method. This equipment has a unique combustion chamber that’s very efficient and results in around 5 – 10% of waste water needing to be hauled off. It dispenses with the other 90 – 95%. Clients can choose from three different models of the HBG evaporators. One can handle eight gallons of waste water per hour, one has the capacity for 15 gallons per hour, and the third can handle 30 gallons per hour.

WB high efficiency evaporators

The Water Blaze series, which is better known as the WB series, first came out in the mid-1990s. It was the very first evaporator that took advantage of high-efficiency submerged combustion tech. Essentially, it forces heat through a tube that’s submerged. It then releases it into the water so that 100% of the heat is exchanged efficiently. This can result in huge savings of both energy and operational costs. There are two models, one that handles 60 gallons per hour and another that handles 120 gallons per hour.

Low volume operations may turn to the evaporator belt

The above options are for relatively large volume operation. But what of those companies who have much smaller volume? The evaporator belt may be the perfect option. This is a belt that’s powered by electricity. It is attached to a basic 55-gallon steel drum. It then slowly heats any type of liquid (as long as it’s not flammable) to a temperature you set. This can be as low as 70 degrees or as high as 250 degrees.

Essentially, it cooks off the water. What remains is the solid or sludge that you’ll need to dispose of. The steel belt comes with thermostatic control and the total weight is just 14 pounds.
