Learn More About the Super Energy-Efficient Wastewater Evaporator and Why it Might Be Right for Your Company

If you or your business is in need of a super energy-efficient wastewater evaporator, there are a few options that might work well for you. Today we are going to discuss a water treatment option from Water Maze Water Treatment Systems that can truly do it all. If you have questions about this model or want to hear about other options, contact Geyser Equipment at 951-509-9269.

It Can Evaporate as Much as 120 Gallons Per Hour

You can choose a model fueled by either liquid propane or natural gas, either of which can evaporate as much as 120 gallons per hour. This gives it 100% heat exchanger efficiency – which you will not see beat. It’s also ETL Safety Certified up to UL-795.

It is Easy to Monitor the System Even While it is in Operation

There is an access port that offers very easy access when it comes time to service the interior of the tank. There is also a tempered glass viewport, which means you can monitor the system while it is operating too.

It Offers Impressively Effective Reduction of VOCs

Through the included high-velocity, Nozzle-Mix Jet Burner, which can be powered either by propane or natural gas, this machine essentially shoots flames down into the sparger tube. What does this mean? It means that temperatures can get as high as 2000-degrees Fahrenheit for an extremely effective reduction of VOC.

It Offers Automatic Monitoring of Liquid Levels

This machine has an RF Capacitance Multipoint Liquid Level Assembly. Practically, this means that it automatically monitors changing liquid levels, but it makes adjustments to those changes. This means that it shuts down when the system has evaporated all the wastewater. The RF Capacitance switch can be easily accessed for cleaning it and servicing it, thanks to the tempered glass tube it is enclosed in.

It Offers Direct Surface Injection

Thanks to its advanced Foam Suppression System, this model offers direct surface injection. This is delivered via compressed air, which entirely eliminates the effects of foaming the surface. You also get the advantages of the stack pressure mounting switch, which can shut down the entire unit in the event of heavy entrainment or other issues.
